The Prairie Healthcare Scholarship offers anyone studying in a healthcare-related field, who is originally from Saskatchewan, the chance to apply for financial assistance. Priority will be given to residents of Southwest Saskatchewan.

Whether your aim is to study in the field of: Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Social Work or any other healthcare-related fields, the McIntyre Family Foundation is here to support your dreams.

Offered to students and professionals at all levels. This includes students just graduating from high school, post-secondary students planning to expand on their healthcare-related education, or healthcare professionals wishing to upgrade or expand on their area of specialty. Whatever your goal, The Prairie Healthcare Scholarship could be for you.

The size of the disbursement may range from $1,000.00 to $20,000.00 per year of study, dependent upon the student’s needs, goals and passion for their chosen field.

The McIntyre Family Foundation is hoping to make a difference in Saskatchewan’s healthcare system and to ease the demand for healthcare professionals, both in larger centres and rural communities.

Offered to students in Saskatchewan with priority given to residents of Southwest Saskatchewan

There will be one annual intake from June 1-30 for the following academic year.
